The following are the Base Carrier Rates for work for Western Merchandise Express.

Effective 5/4/25, carriers will receive 95% of the Base Rate.

Any changes to this percentage will be published on Fridays for work effective the following Monday. No further notice will be given.

For any changes to the Base Rate, Carriers will be notified via electronic mail and those changes will not be effective until approved by both Carrier and Broker.

Fuel Surcharge (“FSC”) shall be calculated based on the latest version of the Mileage Calculation Software as used by Lessee at the time of calculation.

Per gallon price for each week shall be based upon the National Average Diesel Fuel Price provided by the Department of Energy Information Administration each Monday at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
